Job summary

Peter Alexander NZ in Wellington is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and deliver a standout customer experience. The 40 hours per week role is based in LOWER HUTT, with responsibility for driving sales and KPI performance.

You will coach staff, uphold brand standards, and participate in management training workshops. Competitive pay with monthly incentives and annual conferences are offered, with development and rewards for high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and coaching a team.
• Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards.
• Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail – essential.
• Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience.
• Previous Visual Merchandising experience working from a brief.

About the Job

The 40 hours per week role is for our next Store Manager, who will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience, going above and beyond expectations.

Responsibilities

As Store Manager, you will lead and develop your team, create an unforgettable customer experience, drive sales and meet KPI targets, and maintain wage spend and stock loss controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and coaching a team
• Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards
• Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail – essential
• Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
• Previous Visual Merchandising experience working from a brief
• Proven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while controlling wage spend and stock loss targets
