Noel Leeming Papamoa is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the new store, guiding a talented team to delight customers, manage finances, and implement effective marketing and visual merchandising.

You’ll empower your people with coaching, deliver extraordinary service from in-store to delivery and setup, and build strong community relationships as you launch this exciting store opening.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership to recruit, motivate and develop your team.
• Excellent communication to influence and engage customers and staff.
• Solid understanding of store operations including merchandising, budgets and reporting.
• Resilience and adaptability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
