The Role

You will inspire your team to achieve excellence in customer interactions and store operations, lead, develop, and motivate to maximize profitability, exceed targets, improve operational efficiency, and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Lead with a customer-first mindset, coaching and inspiring your team to build loyalty to our brand and store.
  • Business Development: Drive store performance to meet financial targets by analyzing data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Commercial Operations: Prioritize tasks and processes for optimal return on investment, with in-depth knowledge of retail operations.
  • People Leadership: Create a positive store environment, nurture a strong culture, and attract, recruit, and develop top talent through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
