What the role will entail

  • Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services
  • Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
  • Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers' share of wallet
  • Mentor and coach the branch sales team
  • Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships
  • Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank
  • Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business or any related field
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within the banking industry
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering lasting customer relationships.
