Job summary

PVH Corp., a global fashion company renowned for Calvin Klein, TOMMY HILFIGER and Heritage Brands, invites applications for a Store Manager in Wellington. You will lead a TOMMY HILFIGER team at OUTLET CITY, TAWA WELLINGTON on a 12-Month Fixed Term contract, delivering sales and superb customer service.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in retail apparel, KPI focus, and a hands-on approach to stock and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPIs: sales, wage budgets, conversion, shrinkage, mystery shops.
• Strong communication and people management skills to recruit and mentor a team.
• Attention to detail in stock management and visual merchandising.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Energetic, authentic with a positive attitude and professional grooming.

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team on a 12-Month FIxed Term contract at OUTLET CITY, TAWA WELLINGTON

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
