PVH, a global fashion company, seeks a Full-Time Stock Supervisor for CALVIN KLEIN at OUTLET CITY, TAWA, WELLINGTON. You will oversee inventory, process deliveries, ensure stock is floor-ready, and manage stock movement to minimise loss under the Store Manager’s guidance.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in customer service or retail apparel, strong KPI comprehension, and leadership skills to recruit and mentor a team while maintaining presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry.
• Experience in achieving KPI's including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.

We are looking for a Full-Time Stock Supervisor to join our CALVIN KLEIN team at OUTLET CITY, TAWA, WELLINGTON.

As a Stock Supervisor, you will work with the Store Manager to ensure there are smooth and efficient inventory management processes for your store, including processing deliveries, ensuring stock is floor-ready, managing stock movement (including deliveries both in and out of the store), and minimising stock loss.

About You

Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
