Job summary

CORDE Ltd in Rolleston, Canterbury, is seeking a motivated STMS to lead Traffic Management sites on CAT A/B roads. You will manage site setups and dismantling, monitor conditions and ensure safe delivery of works, drawing on civil and construction experience to adapt to changing road conditions.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate with weekly pay, 40 hours per week, and on-the-job training. Applicants must hold a Full Class 1 Driver Licence and be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Full Class 1 Driver Licence is essential.
• Experience establishing, managing and dismantling TM worksites.
• Physically fit with a positive attitude.
• Health and Safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Lead Traffic Management sites, including complex setups on CAT A/B roads.
• Conduct site setups and dismantling, site monitoring and site checks as required.
• Work across civil and construction works and adapt to changing road conditions.

We are looking for motivated CAT A/BSTMS, preferably with experience to join our traffic services team based in Rolleston.

As an STMS, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of Traffic Management sites, including complex setups on CAT A/B roads. This role involves site setups and removals, site monitoring, and undertaking site checks as required. You will have experience working around all aspects of civil and construction works and be able to adapt to changing road conditions.

• Full Class 1 Driver Licence (essential)

• Physically fit and self-motivated
• Health and Safety conscious with a positive matureattitude.
