This privately owned structural steel business has been fabricating and erecting for the New Zealand commercial construction sector for over 30 years. Detailing, estimating, fabrication, coating, and site erection are all carried out in-house, backed by its own trucks, cranes, and rigging crews, as well as a purpose-built factory in West Auckland..

We are seeking a capable operator to lead the business day-to-day, working alongside the current owner with the potential for skin in the game.

You will be an engineer at heart, comfortable on the shop floor and in the production meeting, and equally credible sitting across from a head contractor. Experience running a fabrication, engineering or construction business or division is expected, together with an understanding of the New Zealand construction sector and its contract law is expected.You will be a strong people leader.
