Job summary

Suckling & Son Ltd is seeking staff to join our Kumara plant and sorting season. Start ASAP and work through mid-December. Positions require availability Monday through Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Training provided on the job; no experience needed.

Must be honest, reliable, fit and healthy and able to enjoy working outdoors in a positive farm team environment. Accommodation facilities are available on farm. Farm is located 5 minutes from town (Dargaville), 15 minutes to Baylys Beach, and about 2

Responsibilities

• Assist Kumara plant and sort operations.
• Work outdoors in dusty/muddy conditions.
• Follow safety rules and team instructions.
• Be available to start ASAP through mid‑December.

Job description

We are looking for 4 more staff to join us for our Kumara plant & sort season. If you can start asap and work through until mid December approx then we welcome your application. You will need to be available to work Monday - Saturdays8am-5pm, and work is weather dependent of course. No experience necessary as training given on the job. You will need to be honest, reliable, fit and healthy. Staff mustenjoy the outdoors and like to work as part of a great team in a positive environment. The work can be mundane and in dusty, dirty or muddyconditions. We have excellent motor camp style facilities on farm for staff to use with hot showers, full kitchen WIFI & washing machine etc. You must have a NZ WH Visa, IRD number and NZ bank account.

Our farm is situated 5 min out of town (Dargaville), 15 min to Baylys Beach on the West Coast, and 2 hours to Auckland.
