Dargaville is located at the west coast of Northland. Ripiro Beach is NewZealand’s longest drivable beach. There is lots to explore, like the Pouto lighthouse, a whole graveyard of shipwrecks, fishing and gathering seafood. Furthermore, we are located next to the stunning Kaipara Harbour, the largest harbour in the southern hemisphere. The east coast and Whangarei are a one-hour drive away, which makes the area the perfect spot for surfing, diving and other watersports. There are also some amazing hikes and activities in the area, like the Waipoua Forest and TrounsonPark with its magnificent Kauri trees, or you can go for a swim and relax at the Kai Iwi Lakes.
