Job summary

ConsultANZ is partnering with a leading infrastructure contractor to recruit a Specialist Paver Operator for their Auckland team. This role is ideal for a skilled operator with strong slipform paving experience and a track record of delivering quality concrete works.

You will operate Wirtgen slipform pavers and similar equipment, set up machinery, and complete paving, texturing, curing and finishing tasks. The position offers a 44‑hour week, long‑term stability, and a chance to work on major

Qualifications

• 5+ years' concrete slipform paving experience.
• Wirtgen or equivalent paver operating experience.
• Strong knowledge of paving and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Operate slipform pavers and similar equipment.
• Set up machinery and complete concrete paving works.
• Carry out paving, texturing, curing, and finishing.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and safe work practices.
• Work with 3D machine control systems where required.
