We are seeking a reflective and adaptable practitioner to join our Te Rangimārie department. These students have an ongoing resourcing scheme classification. The role involves working collaboratively with 27 high and complex needs students, their whānau, 15 learning assistants, and three classroom teachers, across Y9–16, supporting a wide range of learning needs.

While expertise in specialist education pedagogy is a major component of this position, this role offers an excellent opportunity for the right teacher to further develop and strengthen their skills and knowledge in the field of special education. Please note that this position is not suitable for beginning teachers, as proven classroom effectiveness and strong professional experience are essential. This position could suit an early childhood, primary or secondary school trained teacher.
