Your work will directly influence how our customers experience our stores — making shopping easier, more enjoyable, and more relevant.
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of retail environments and how customers shop, rather than purely technical or analytical experience. You may have a background in floor planning, store design, planogramming, visual merchandising, retail operations, or customer experience, and understand how store layouts and product placement can influence both shopper behaviour and commercial performance.
You’ll bring a curious and proactive mindset, a passion for FMCG, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a supermarket or similar retail environment, particularly with exposure to planogramming or space planning, would be highly valued. Experience using Symphony or similar space planning software is advantageous but not essential.
To succeed in this role, you’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You’ll have strong analytical skills, confidence working with data and Excel, and the ability to translate insights into practical solutions. Just as importantly, you’ll be an effective communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and is excited by the opportunity to shape store layouts and create better shopping experiences for customers.
