About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager with a background in managing spa operations within a hotel, lodge, or resort environment. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our Spa and Fitness Centre, including staff recruitment and training, inventory management, and delivering exceptional treatments to our guests.

As a hands-on leader, you will bring strong business acumen and operational expertise to ensure the Spa remains profitable, team members are well-trained, and the guest experience consistently exceeds expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident using computer systems, and demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

This is a practical, service-oriented position that requires the ability to work independently. You must be capable of performing a full range of beauty and massage treatments, while also managing both employees and independent contractors, particularly during peak season. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
