Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Working as a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful operation and production of R/A quality food for a premier corporate client. This role focuses on catering and cafe services. You will assist in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items, developing daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment. You will be responsible for the management of hourly associates.
This position offers a desirable Monday through Friday daytime schedule. *Occasional evenings required.
