Full-Time Sous Chef - Christchurch (Qualified Chef - Fine Dining)

We're on the hunt for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team in Christchurch. If you're a qualified chef with fine dining experience and strong leadership skills, this could be the role for you.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Chef with at least 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef
  • Fine dining or upscale bistro experience preferred
  • Confident leader with the ability to mentor and coach a team
  • Passionate about cooking with fresh, seasonal NZ produce
  • Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
  • Clear communicator with both management and front of house
