Job summary

JobSpace is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead high-quality, cost-effective procurement initiatives in New Zealand. You will partner with category management to design sourcing strategies and compliant procurement processes that are robust and legally sound.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in procurement, strong contract development and supplier negotiations, and excellent communication with stakeholders in large organisations. NZ residency is required.

As a Sourcing Manager you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective procurement solutions.

You'll work closely with category management teams to develop and put in place sourcing strategies and procuremant processes that are solid and legally sound.

The successful candidate should be;

• Detail-oriented and commercially minded
• A procurement professional with a deep understanding of contract management.
• The ability to manage procurement projects thoughout thier life cycle.
• Proactive, confident and collaborative with excellent stakeholder engagement.

You should have;

• At least 5 years of experience in this field and hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations and contract development.
• A deep understanding of procurement frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in large, complex organisations
• Very well developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• An understanding of the Health Sector.
