Job summary

Randstad is seeking a highly strategic Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team in a challenging, governance-driven environment. This role focuses on shaping channels and integration roadmaps while guiding cross-functional teams through complex decisions.

The position is a 2-year fixed-term contract (salaried pro-rata) with potential for future extension and broader scope within Randstad. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Soft Skills & Influence: exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Architecture Expertise: experience as a Solution Architect in medium-to-large enterprises.
• Technical Mastery: RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, SaaS integration, API security.
• Advantageous: cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cybersecurity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholders and guide governance and approvals.
• Translate business needs into high-level architectures and roadmaps.
• Assess solutions aligned with strategic goals and target platforms.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to create reusable patterns.
• Provide technology leadership in a regulated landscape.
