Solution Engineer for mission‑critical software, Wellington, New Zealand. Join our Defence Services team in Wellington as a customer‑facing engineer delivering tactical communications systems and IT solutions. You’ll work across multiple technical disciplines in an agile environment, helping implement mission‑critical solutions for Defence customers.

We deliver world‑leading command‑and‑control (C2) applications for managing complex operations within defence and security. Our C4I software solutions are in service with more than 50 countries worldwide, with our software being operationally proven.
You will be part of our Defence Services organisation and work between our Wellington CBD office and the customer site in Upper Hutt. You will join a small team of customer‑focused technical experts within a global, market‑leading organisation, working to implement our C2 software to support critical decision‑making in operational defence environments.
This is a hands‑on technical delivery role with a strong focus on deploying, integrating, configuring, testing and supporting our solutions, while contributing to continuous improvement. You’ll work hands‑on with modern, secure technical environments and configurations; performing development, testing, integration, and maintenance to keep our customer environments running. We invest heavily in training, so you’ll be fully supported from day one.
Expect around 10 days of domestic travel per year, plus a trip to our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark as part of your onboarding.
To work within our Defence business unit, you must hold, or be able to obtain and maintain, a high level of security clearance.
