Exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect with deep Oracle Retail expertise to optimise, extend and modernise enterprise systems. You’ll partner with the Architecture Practice to design scalable, secure solutions that support operations, supply chain, and customer experience. This is a key role in a multi-year transition to an integrated Oracle ecosystem. You’ll lead solution design, cloud-native transitions, and opportunities for simplification and automation across the Retail Value Chain.

The Role

• Architect and deliver Oracle-based solutions across ERP, SCM, and integrations
• Lead integration with non-Oracle systems and support cloud migration
• Ensure governance, security, and performance across platforms
• Mentor teams and provide strategic technical guidance
• Identify opportunities for automation and simplification

The Perfect Candidate

• Deep experience in Oracle Retail architecture and integrations
• Hands-on with Oracle Cloud, Integration Cloud, SOA Suite, ODI
• Strong skills in data migration, DevOps/CI/CD, and performance optimisation
• Ability to turn complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions
• Collaborative, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
