Shape the technology that connects our business.
T&G is entering a new chapter in technology.
We're building a new technology leadership team and strengthening the architecture, engineering and delivery capability that will help T&G work smarter, operate more effectively and grow into the future.
We're looking for a Solution Architect, Enterprise Applications to help shape how our core business systems fit together, with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA and the wider enterprise application landscape.
This is an opportunity to have genuine influence over the technology architecture of a global business.
You'll work across enterprise applications, translating business needs into practical, scalable and secure technology solutions. You'll help shape how SAP S/4HANA and surrounding platforms work together, while ensuring we make thoughtful decisions about standardisation, integration and the future of our application landscape.
You'll be an important bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, delivery partners and enterprise architecture.
We're looking for someone who can look beyond the immediate solution and ask the bigger questions:
Can we simplify this? Can we standardise it? Can we reuse it? And will it still work for us in five years?
You'll also own SAP LeanIX as our enterprise architecture repository, helping create the visibility and traceability needed to make better technology decisions.
You'll be an experienced Solution Architect with strong enterprise application experience, ideally including SAP S/4HANA and complex business platforms.
You'll have a track record of working across major technology transformation programmes and translating complex business requirements into architecture that is practical, sustainable and fit for purpose.
You'll be comfortable operating across both business and technology environments. You won't need to be the person who knows every technical detail, but you'll need enough depth to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and make sound architectural decisions.
Strong integration design and stakeholder management skills will be important, as will the ability to communicate architecture clearly to different audiences.
Experience with SAP LeanIX, modern integration patterns and cloud-based enterprise platforms would be valuable.
We're also looking for someone who embraces AI-enabled ways of working and can use these tools thoughtfully to improve the quality and speed of architecture work.
This isn't an architecture role where you'll simply maintain a set of diagrams.
You'll have the opportunity to influence some of the technology decisions that will shape T&G's future.
We're a global fresh produce business connecting growers, people, customers and markets. Our technology landscape reflects that complexity, which means there are real problems to solve and meaningful opportunities to simplify how we work.
You'll join a technology function going through significant change, with the opportunity to help establish better ways of working and build an application landscape that can support where T&G is going next.
If you're an architect who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing decisions and creating technology that works for the business, we'd like to hear from you.
