About the Role:
This is a strategic opportunity for a Solution Architect to lead risk assessments across complex systems and platforms. You’ll provide architectural guidance to embed secure, scalable solutions that align with evolving organisational priorities and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead risk assessments across structured and unstructured data platforms, evaluating system vulnerabilities and impact.
2. Develop mitigation strategies and recommend appropriate security controls like encryption, purging, and masking.
3. Translate technical findings into actionable architectural guidance for project teams.
4. Work concurrently across multiple streams, maintaining momentum while handling ambiguity.
5. Support compliance with internal privacy and security standards through proactive engagement.

Key Skills and Experience:

1. Proven expertise with data platforms such as data lakes, blob storage, and legacy data warehouses.
2. Solid understanding of risk assessment frameworks including likelihood vs. impact models.
3. Deep knowledge of security controls (e.g. encryption, access control, data masking).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within ambiguous and evolving contexts.
5. Effective communicator with the ability to influence technical teams and business stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with a proactive mindset.
