Job description

Our client is seeking an energetic individual to join their team as a Solicitor with a focus on Commercial & Property matters. With 2-6 years of PQE, you'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of cases in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

As a Solicitor specialising in Commercial & Property law, you will be an integral part of our client's legal team. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of legal matters, including but not limited to residential and commercial property transactions, sale and purchase agreements for various property types (residential, rural, and commercial), subdivisions, business reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and succession planning. If you have previous experience in trusts, it will be considered a beneficial asset.

You’ll be:

  • Handling a diverse portfolio of legal matters related to commercial and property law.
  • Crafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements for businesses, residential properties, rural properties, and commercial properties.
  • Contributing to subdivisions, business reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and succession planning.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborating with the legal team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
You’ll need:
  • Ideally, 2-6 years of PQE in commercial and property law.
  • Strong experience in residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Solid understanding of sale and purchase agreements for various property types.
  • Familiarity with subdivisions, business reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and succession planning.
  • Previous experience in trusts would be a beneficial asset.
