We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Terminals Team, a collaborative group of around 30 software developers and testers responsible for the software that powers our mission‑critical radio solutions. Our products are trusted by emergency services, utilities, and enterprise organisations around the world, helping people stay connected when communication matters most. This role is ideal for a versatile embedded software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working across different layers of a product's software architecture. You'll have the opportunity to contribute throughout the stack, although a strong interest in platform and low‑level firmware development would be particularly valuable. From working close to hardware and optimising system performance, to integrating wireless technologies and addressing system‑level challenges, you'll play an important role in shaping the capability, reliability, and future direction of our products. You'll join an experienced team that values technical excellence, collaboration, and building high‑quality solutions that perform in demanding real‑world environments.
