Job summary

Oranga Tamariki - Ministry for Children invites applications for a permanent, full-time social work role in Rangiora. You will support tamariki and rangatahi, walking with whānau to navigate change with aroha, clarity and mana. The role emphasises partnership with iwi, hapū, Māori organisations and government agencies.

You will bring registration and a recognised social work qualification, plus a strengths-based, collaborative approach to planning and delivery of care.

Job description

We offer a Permanent, full-time social work career at Rangiora with a competitive salary starting from $81,206 to $97,557, depending on experience.

You will have:

  • Full SWRB registration (or eligibility to register)
  • A recognised social work qualification

Also valuable:

  • Experience in statutory social work (preferred but not essential)
