You will work with clients and their whānau across hospital and community settings, in an interdisciplinary Allied Health context, supporting health journeys and coordinated care.

The role is full-time (1.0 FTE) based in Masterton, with opportunities to engage across the Wairarapa region and link with local community services. We value diversity and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Social Worker with current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Full NZ driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and whānau through their health journey in a health setting.
• Work within an interdisciplinary Social Work team across hospital and community settings.
• Provide care and support at Masterton Hospital serving the Wairarapa region.
