We are a unique semi-rural composite school – Y0 to 13 - of just over 400 students, situated in beautiful countryside above the mighty Waikato River, on the Auckland-Waikato border. Here, an exciting opportunity awaits an inspiring Social Studies teacher who will bring energy and expertise to the classroom, helping students to build knowledge, resilience and confidence. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching social sciences across Y7 to NCEA Level 3.

There are also 2 fixed-term MUs available for a candidate able to fill the HoD maternity leave position, by negotiation.

Our teachers enjoy a friendly, supportive and collegial environment, where students are encouraged to contribute and participate. We are looking for someone who is a good team player, willing to support their colleagues to ensure the success of our whole department.
