Job summary

Recruitment Studio – Auckland, North Island is seeking a bold, hands-on Social Media Producer to own our organic channels across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. You’ll shoot, edit and publish native content, shape the content calendar and bring human, behind‑the‑scenes storytelling to life.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work with a supportive team, own on‑camera presence, and influence how the brand sounds online. A salary to c. NZ$85k plus bonus is on offer.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Hands-on video shooting and editing skills built for social platforms.
• Genuine fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Running the day-to-day organic social channels — TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Filming, editing and publishing both short-form and long-form video, tailored to what works on each platform.
• Building out the content calendar alongside the Marketing Manager.
• Capturing behind-the-scenes moments, team stories and event coverage that show the human side of the brand.
• Getting stuck into the online community — replying to comments, DMs and everything in between.
• Putting together visual assets for social and digital campaigns.

Social media and video have become central to how this brand connects with its audience — and right now, nobody owns that space full-time. That’s where you come in.

This newly created role puts you in the driver’s seat of the organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. You’ll be the one behind the camera and in the edit suite, turning everyday moments into content people actually stop for. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll have real autonomy to shape what gets made and how — backed by a team that wants to see you succeed.

Day to day, you’ll be:
