About the Role… Lead Macpac’s content across social, web, email and in-store channels. Craft engaging content, drive strategy, and bring our outdoor brand to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Content Strategist: Collaborate with team on brand-aligned content that aligns with Macpac’s brand and business goals.
- Calendar Planner: Plan and deliver a rolling content calendar that supports campaigns, product launches, key partnerships.
- Storyteller & Educator: Create educational and inspirational content — helping customers adventure better, from gear advice to trail stories.
- Social Media Leader: Lead the social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Cross-Team Collaborator: Work with in-house production, product designers, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across every platform.
- Partnership Creator: Partner with brand ambassadors and outdoor partners to create authentic, engaging content.
- Performance Analyst: Monitor engagement, growth, and conversion metrics — and continuously optimise for impact.
- Brand Champion: Uphold Macpac’s brand voice and visual standards across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Bring
- Outdoor Enthusiast: A passion for the outdoors — you understand the outdoor life and the community.
- Content & Social Pro: Strong experience in content marketing and social media management, ideally in a brand-led or agency environment.
- Master Storyteller: Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a natural ability to adapt tone and message for different platforms.
- Creative Strategist: Creative thinking balanced with strategic discipline — you can dream it and deliver it.
- Self-Starter: A proactive attitude and a knack for turning ideas into action.
- Collaborative Team Player: Strong collaboration skills — working closely with product, marketing, production, and the graphic design team to bring campaigns to life.
- Bonus Experience: Experience in eCommerce, adventure/sport/lifestyle brands, or visual storytelling.
