Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager for Joint Replacement to lead our national portfolio across New Zealand. You will be responsible for commercial growth, clinical partnerships, and team performance, guiding a ten-member sales team in a high-impact field across the country.

You will manage forecasts, territory planning, and launches while building strong surgeon relationships and navigating hospital priorities. This is a national leadership role with travel and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in implantable medical device sales.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a people leadership or sales management role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, science, healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Valid New Zealand driver's licence.

Responsabilités

• Deliver regional revenue growth, profit, and market share targets across the Joint Replacement portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 sales professionals (3 Associate Territory Managers and 7 Territory Managers).
• Execute regional sales strategies aligned to surgeon demand, hospital priorities, and portfolio objectives.
• Build long-term partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons, operating theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Drive accurate forecasting, territory planning, inventory control, and service coverage across the country.
• Lead professional execution of product launches, portfolio conversions, and recalls.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and procedural trends to inform regional strategy.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, regulatory standards, and company policies.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to lead our Joint Replacement business across New Zealand. This is a national leadership role, and candidates can be based anywhere in New Zealand, provided they are located within reasonable access to a major airport to support regular travel across the country. You will be accountable for commercial growth, clinical partnerships, and team performance across New Zealand, leading a team of 10 sales professionals, including 3 Associate Territory Managers (ATMs) and 7 Territory Managers (TMs).

• Drive accurate forecasting, territory planning, inventory control, and service coverage across the country.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
