Aon in New Zealand seeks a proactive SME Client Support Specialist to manage a growing SME portfolio, delivering excellent client experiences and promoting Aon services. You will collaborate with Claims and ABS colleagues to ensure timely, accurate support and contribute to risk management across client journeys.
You will lead renewal discussions, tailor advice to client needs, and drive efficiency while maintaining high standards.
As a key member of our regional SME team, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to existing and new clients across the SME portfolio. You’ll work collaboratively across the business, to ensure a seamless, positive client experience.
This role is based in our Silverdale office. A Level 5 Qualificaion is required for this role.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality client support, owning a SME portfolio where you will promote services, conduct risk management and working alongside the wider team to deliver solutions to Aon clients.
You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence.
