Located in Howick, our well-equipped clinic features digital radiography, ultrasound, IDEXX diagnostics, and separate dog and cat waiting areas.

The role offers a balanced mix of consults and surgeries with light sole charge one day a week, full-time preferred, and NZ registration required.

Qualifications

• BVSc (or equivalent) and eligible for New Zealand veterinary registration
• 3+ years' experience in small animal practice
• Confident with routine consults and surgery
• Comfortable with occasional sole charge
• A positive team player who enjoys a collaborative clinic culture

The clinic is well-equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, IDEXX diagnostics, modern anaesthetic monitoring equipment, fluid pumps, spacious consult rooms, separate dog and cat waiting areas, and dedicated surgical facilities.

About the role

• Work alongside another experienced Vet - only 1 day per week sole charge
• Light shared Saturday morning roster - no sunday's or on-call
• Full-time preferred, with flexibility to discuss part-time options
• Great balance of consults & surgeries
