Qualifications

• Previous hands-on construction experience is essential.
• Confident using common hand and power tools.
• Good practical understanding of construction sites and building processes.
• Physically fit and comfortable with demanding site work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Site Safe would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified tradespeople with day-to-day construction work.
• Use hand and power tools confidently across a range of site tasks.
• Complete site preparation, demolition, and general building work.
• Move, organise, and prepare construction materials.
• Assist with basic carpentry, fixing, and practical building tasks.
• Help with site set-up and preparation as projects progress.
• Maintain safe, tidy, and productive work areas.
