Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) in Auckland seeks a Site Supervisor to provide end-to-end site management across multiple trade packages and projects. The role focuses on coordinating subcontractors, developing construction programs, and maintaining quality and safety on site.

You will collaborate with engineers and commercial teams to align construction practices with project goals and delivery timelines, contributing to RCC's reputation for high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Intermediate construction/building delivery experience in a site supervision/management capacity.
• Industry relevant trade qualification.
• Familiarity with holistic trade package delivery; structure, services & finishes.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and medium range construction program.

The Role

As an RCC Site Supervisor, you will provide end to end site management across but not limited to:

• Multiple subcontractors & trade package coordination & delivery; structure, services & finishes
• Short and medium range construction program development
• Quality control and site safety leadership
• Collaborative communication with engineer and commercial teams
• Understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building related goals

What We’re Looking For

• Intermediate construction/building delivery experience in a site supervision/management capacity
• Industry relevant trade qualification
• Familiarity with holistic trade package delivery; structure, services & finishes
• Mid – top tier builder/contractor/project experience
• Confident & collaborative communicator
