About The Role

Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences and love being out on the road? We're looking for a Shuttle Driver & Customer Service Representative (Ratoka Kiritaki) to join our high-energy team at Shotover Jet and Dart River Adventures on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for safely transporting manuhiri (visitors) between Queenstown and surrounding locations, while delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way. You'll be the face of our experience - welcoming, entertaining, and supporting manuhiri throughout their journey.

This is more than just a driving role - you'll also assist with reservations, retail, beach operations, and cultural engagement, all while upholding our values of manaakitanga and whanaungatanga.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Safely drive shuttles and provide a fun, engaging journey for manuhiri
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support across all touchpoints
  • Assist with reservations, retail sales, and operational tasks
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and accurate logbooks
  • Embrace and promote Ngāi Tahu values and te reo Māori
  • Support beach operations including guest preparation and VHF radio use
  • Contribute to a positive, culturally rich, and safety-focused team environment
What You'll Bring
  • A valid Class 2 licence and/or P Endorsement (desirable)
  • Experience in customer service and administration
  • Confidence driving manual vehicles
  • A genuine, friendly personality and love for working with people
  • Good physical fitness and comfort working outdoors
