Suntory Oceania in Auckland is seeking a Shift Manager - PM Shift to lead the Auckland Distribution Centre, The Vault. This hands-on role runs Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm, supervising about 25 team members to deliver safe, accurate and on-time customer orders.
You will drive productivity, labour planning and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with transport partners and service providers to uphold Suntory's high standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Manager - PM Shift to join our Auckland Distribution Centre, The Vault. Shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm.
Reporting to the Auckland DC Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in ensuring our warehouse and distribution operations run safely, efficiently and effectively. Leading a team of approximately 25 team members, you'll drive operational performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a highly engaged, high-performing team culture.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment and enjoys balancing people leadership with operational excellence. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, transport partners and service providers to ensure products are delivered accurately on time and to the highest standards.
