Qualifications

  • A current first aid and fire training certificate is preferable.

We are looking for enthusiastic ShiftManagers to join the team at McDonald’s. As a 24-hour business, we provide flexible scheduling to suit when works for you. Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurant's requirements.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Deliver and manage outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, profitability and strong people practices on your shifts
  • Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to
  • Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers
  • Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring food safety is maintained to the highest standard throughout the restaurant
  • Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals
  • Actively seek customer feedback to ensure an exception customer experience is achieved
  • Work within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers
