From $79K + on call allowance + phone + work car

  • From $79K + work vehicle, phone, and laptop
  • 80 hours per fortnight + involvement in on-call roster
About the role

As a Service Manager, your role involves creating a positive team environment, meeting individual needs, and building relationships with families. Prior people management experience is required, and a background in Health and Disability is preferred but not essential. Key attributes include a genuine desire to make a positive difference, a can-do attitude, and adaptability. You\'ll report to the Area Manager and collaborate with other Service Managers and the Regional/National team to support a supportive work environment.

  • Experience in delivering outcomes in a high-pressure and changing environment.
  • Ability to develop a functional and positive team environment.
