A leading not-for-profit organization in Nelson, New Zealand, is seeking a Service Manager to create a positive team environment and support individuals with intellectual disabilities. Candidates should have people management experience and preferably a background in health and disability. This role offers ongoing learning opportunities and a collaborative culture focused on wellbeing.
From $79K + on call allowance + phone + work car
As a Service Manager, your role involves creating a positive team environment, meeting individual needs, and building relationships with families. Prior people management experience is required, and a background in Health and Disability is preferred but not essential. Key attributes include a genuine desire to make a positive difference, a can-do attitude, and adaptability. You\'ll report to the Area Manager and collaborate with other Service Managers and the Regional/National team to support a supportive work environment.
