Role and responsibilities

The role involves managing a service in Huntly with experience in a health or social care setting. You will maintain an upbeat, positive manner and a genuine passion for helping people participate in their local and wider communities.

Our ambition is to enable people we support to achieve the “Best Life Possible,” with the people we support at the forefront of their own plan. Previous experience of managing services and teams within a social care setting is essential.

You will build excellent working relationships with key partners, including people supported, their loved ones, professionals from Health and Social Work, and internal departments.

You may be required to work flexibly, potentially developing other services in nearby locations, or supporting other services and Service Leaders. You will work closely with your Regional Manager, who provides guidance and support.

Key responsibilities include effective communication, needs assessment, positive risk management, and creating dynamic plans. You will audit and manage quality assurance systems and understand resource management. Service Leaders report to the Regional Manager.
