We’re Hiring – Service Delivery Supervisor (Full-Time, Auckland)

Worksite Safety Solutions Ltd (WSS) is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Service Delivery Supervisor to join our Operations team in Penrose, Auckland.

Key Criteria to apply:

• Must be eligible to work in NZ with relevant TTM/Civil experience
• holding a Class 1 or Class 2 (preferred) license.

This is your chance to step into a leadership role that’s a stepping stone to Operations Manager, with mentoring and clear progression pathways.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support a team of 26 staff across TTM, TMP, Civil Works, Audits & Consulting.
• Oversee scheduling, rostering, timesheets, and job handovers to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Monitor compliance with NZGTTM, CoPTTM, and HSWA 2015.
• Drive financial efficiency through accurate payroll, invoicing, and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement, business growth, and client satisfaction.
• Champion safety and embed WSS’s values of Pride, Integrity, Trust, and Safety.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership and operational management experience (TTM/Civil sector ideal).
• Strong organisational and financial administration skills.
• Confident communicator who can build trust with staff, clients, and industry partners.
