Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Are you ready to launch your career in the dynamic world of healthcare? We’re looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator (a.k.a healthcare administrator) to join our dynamic team at Active+, supporting the seamless delivery of a range of rehabilitation services. This is a full-time, permanent role — the perfect chance to grow your career in healthcare administration with long-term stability.

Based in the heart of Auckland’s CBD with flexible hybrid working, you’ll be part of our administration team supporting the end-to-end service delivery for your assigned portfolio. From referral processing and provider support, to responding to queries from funders such as ACC, you’ll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also assist with key projects, ensuring processes are efficient and services meet the highest standards for our clients, clinicians, and funders. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, positive phone manner, and a proactive approach who’s keen to build experience in the healthcare and rehabilitation sector.

Skills and Experience
  • Administration or coordination experience – ideally previous experience in a similar role, or entry-level experience in healthcare, customer service, or medical reception with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Technical skills – confidence with Excel, and bonus points for familiarity with client management platforms like Gensolve.
  • Strong communication – clear, professional written and verbal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across a tight-knit, collaborative team.
  • Adaptability and agility – thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’ll juggle multiple priorities and projects with ease.
  • Team spirit and energy – a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a genuine desire to be part of a team that’s always looking for ways to do things better.

Eligibility to work in NZ – you must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident

What we can offer you
  • Competitive Rewards: Attractive remuneration package, with an extra ‘appreciation day’ per annum, generous Christmas/New Year breaks, and long service benefits.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Funded health insurance, a comprehensive wellbeing programme, and funded on-line GP and EAP access.
  • Flexibility & Growth: Flexible working arrangements and well-supported learning opportunities, with professional development and access to Southern Cross Learning Hub modules including Cultural programmes.
