Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, differentiated Year 7–8 curriculum with structured literacy focus.
• Manage classroom routines, assessment tracking, reporting, and student leadership.
• Foster strong relationships with students, whānau, staff and the rural community.
• Support the Principal in day-to-day operations, curriculum coordination and pastoral care.
