Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Webflow development experience.
• Experience building enterprise-level Webflow sites with complex CMS and multi-user workflows.
• Proficient with Lumos framework and scalable component architecture.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ability to extend Webflow beyond native features.
• Familiar with Webflow Enterprise features: team collaboration, custom code, integrations, staging workflows.
• Experience with API integrations (Zapier/Make) and automation.
• Attention to detail and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead development of complex Webflow projects from concept to launch.

Who you are

• 4+ years of professional experience in Webflow development.

• Demonstrated experience building enterprise-level Webflow sites with complex CMS and multi-user workflows.

• Advanced proficiency with the Lumos framework, including component architecture, tokenization, and scalability principles.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ability to extend Webflow beyond native features).

• Experience working with Webflow Enterprise features (team collaboration, custom code, integrations, staging workflows).

• Familiarity with API integrations, Zapier/Make, and automation within Webflow ecosystems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
