Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Webflow development.
• Enterprise-level Webflow sites with complex CMS.
• Advanced Lumos framework knowledge.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills.
• Experience with Webflow Enterprise features.
• Familiar with API integrations, Zapier/Make.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex Webflow projects from concept to launch.
• Implement the Lumos framework to build scalable, maintainable Webflow sites.
• Architect CMS collections, dynamic content, and workflows for large-scale projects.
• Ensure sites meet enterprise-grade requirements for accessibility, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams to translate creative concepts into robust Webflow solutions.
• Optimize for technical SEO, site speed, and cross-browser responsiveness.
• Contribute to internal standards, best practices, and team-wide development guidelines.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing code reviews and technical leadership.
