We have a fantastic opportunity for a solution-oriented person who is a driver of change to join our Institutional Transactional Banking (TB) team.
Your core responsibility will be developing an understanding of our clients’ businesses, allowing you to design and deliver initiatives that make a material difference. Based in our office in Wellington, you will work with both existing and new to bank clients, managing and growing a portfolio of customer relationships, utilising your deep knowledge of transactional banking and relentless focus on customer needs. You will support and collaborate closely within the TB business and wider Institutional and Business Banking (“IBB”) to execute the TB strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader IBB goals, financial objectives and sound risk management. Working with senior management and customer delivery teams, you will be trusted as a subject matter expert who can deliver tangible value.
You will bring deep subject matter knowledge across banking, transactional, payments, data and associated products, combined with demonstrated experience improving NPS, risk and pricing. Proven customer management experience with business customers at various levels while being able to work in an ever-changing environment is imperative. You will bring the ability to work remotely across geographic teams and as part of a virtual team, combined with customer and delivery experience, and problem solving in complex organisations.
You are commercial, with experience working in the operation of businesses, which you use to develop and present solutions that meet your clients' needs.
