A leading healthcare provider in Wellington is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner – Anaesthetics to join their team at The Wellington Hospital. The role involves supporting anaesthetists, managing equipment, and providing exceptional patient care in a busy theatre environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in anaesthetics and current HCPC/NMC registration. Competitive salary and flexible benefits offered.

Location: The Wellington Hospital
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 4 or 5 days a week, occasional weekends
Contract: Permanent

Join our outstanding Theatre team at The Wellington Hospital (CQC rated Good) as a Senior Theatre Practitioner – Anaesthetics. We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional with experience in cardiac cases to help us deliver exceptional patient care.
Our 13 theatres across 3 buildings support a wide range of specialities, underpinned by advanced equipment, technology, and a supportive team culture.
This is a busy, fast-paced environment with theatres opening from 7:30am. Cases can be long, so flexibility is key, but you’ll always be part of a strong, collaborative team.
