The Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Testing Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS-based service enablement platform. This platform integrates multiple systems to streamline business and customer workflows, and product quality is critical to its success.
This is a hands-on role where you will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies - both automated and manual - with a strong focus on SaaS workflows, APIs, and cloud-native integrations. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
While your primary focus will be testing and quality assurance, you will also contribute to process improvements, user documentation, and operational readiness.
