Job summary

TEEG (The Entertainment & Education Group) is seeking a Senior Technician for the Timezone Riccarton venue to keep all venue systems running smoothly.

You’ll troubleshoot arcade games, pinspotters, machinery and other equipment, working with the Facilities Manager to ensure guests have a remarkable experience from arrival to goodbye.

Qualifications

• Experience with arcade hardware or maintenance preferred.
• Good communication with guests and team.
• Self-motivated with a proactive maintenance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade games, pinspotters, machinery, lanes, and scoring equipment.
• Troubleshoot and ensure venue components are operational.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager to optimize guest experience.

What is the role?

As the Senior Technician for our Timezone Riccarton venue, you will use your technically minded brain to trouble-shoot and ensure all the many moving parts that make up a Timezone venue are in perfect operational order!

Tasks might include maintenance of arcade games, pinspotters, machinery, lanes, scoring equipment, building and fittings. You will provide support and also be supported by the Facilities Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
