About the Role

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead the technical team in client projects and pre-sales activities. You will serve as a key client contact, ensuring that business objectives are achieved through technical solutions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of data and cloud platforms, marketing technologies, and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand client stakeholder needs and facilitate negotiations and requirement gathering.
  • Provide technical solutions aligned with clients' data and marketing technology goals.
  • Possess strong knowledge of business processes from a data perspective.
  • Design, model, and implement data-related initiatives for clients.
  • Drive marketing strategies and contribute to client account growth.
  • Lead technical streams for projects and internal initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide expertise on data analytics and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Computing or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach.
  • Passion for big data projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Experience with ETL, real-time data processing, data modeling, data science, and data governance.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as SAS, Salesforce, Adobe, Unica, and Braze.
