Qualifications

• Experience delivering business analysis within technology, digital, or transformation initiatives including gathering, analysing, documenting and validating business and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify risks, impacts, dependencies, and opportunities across people, processes and technology.
• Experience supporting solution design, process improvement, and business change.
• Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and interest in improving how analysis is delivered.
